Dolphin Drilling currently manages five semi submersible rigs and one deepwater drill ship in various locations throughout the world. The ultra deepwater drillship Belford Dolphin is currently engaged with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and a new contract will follow in direct continuation from the present contract in April 2010, expiring in April 2013. The deepwater semi-submersible Blackford Dolphin is currently under contract with Reliance Industries and runs until December 2011. It has further contracts with Anadarko and Karoon which will occupy the rig until November 2012. Borgny Dolphin has a five year drilling contract with Petrobras in from September 2008. The contract is expected to expire in August 2013. Byford Dolphin is working with BP on three year contract which will extend to April 2013. Borgsten Dolphin is on contract to TAQA Bratani until November 2011. Thereafter, the unit will be available for new contract opportunities on a worldwide basis. Borgholm Dolphin has accommodation for 314 personnel housed in double berth cabins. The Borgholm Dolphin an extended programme with BP in the Andrew field in the UK North Sea, expected to continue to December 2012. |
